When I’m offline, how do I find and connect to a WiFi nearby?

On both Android and iOS you should make sure to have the regional data downloaded so that the passwords to the WiFi in the region you are in are saved on your phone. That way Instabridge is able to auto connect you when you are within reach of a WiFi on Android and show you “Connect with Instabridge” in the native WiFi manager when you are within reach of a WiFi on your iPhone or iPad.

Instabridge is currently working on rolling out an offline map which will make it easier not only to connect to WiFi that you are within reach of but also find WiFi nearby, even when you are offline.
